RCC Nights:
An elite few of our student workers are designated Residential Computer Consultants (RCC). We make them available to you Monday through Thursday in the evenings. The RCCs can provide assistance to get your computer connected to the JU network, clean your computer of viruses and spyware, and answer questions about your computer. The RCCs are not allowed to repair your computer. If the RCC determines that your computer has hardware problem or needs software re-installed, it will be your responsibility to have your computer repaired either through warranty service or a local computer shop.
