Student Employment at IT Information Technology employs students in the following positions: Help Desk I & II Help Desk II involves troubleshooting PC and network problems. A typical scenario involves receiving a trouble call ticket from the Help Desk, visiting the machine to diagnose the problem, resolving and documenting the problem and closing the ticket. Lab Assistant Residential Computer Consultant (RCC) Learn by Doing Working with IT will help you to get hands on experience in an exciting technical environment. It will give you the opportunity to work closely with the IT Technicians and the Network Administrator. This will provide you with training that will help you with your future career.
